Please be sure to bring writing utensils. - 日本国籍以外の学生は、パスポート・在留カードも持参してください。
※オリエンテーションまでに区役所で転入手続きを完了し、在留カード裏面に新住所の記載があることをご確認のうえ、ご持参ください。Non-Japanese nationals must also bring their Passport and Residence Card.
Note: Please complete your moving in procedure at your local ward (city) office before the orientation.
Please bring your Residence Card showing your new address on the back.

入学試験出願時に登録した内容の変更／Change of Registration Information
入学するまでに出願時に登録した情報（電話番号やメールアドレスなど）に変更が生じた場合は、入試部（global@kufs.ac.jp）へメールでお知らせください。メールには下記必要項目を必ず記載してください。
If there are any changes to the registered information, such as your email address, before enrollment, please notify the Division of Admissions by email (global@kufs.ac.jp).

「学生情報」の確認及び「学生情報追加・変更届」の提出について／
Regarding the Confirmation of Student Information and Submission of Student Information Update Form
9月28日（月）～10月2日（金）の間にKyoto Gaidai UNIPAの『学生情報照会』（学生基本情報・緊急連絡先 等）を確認してください。
Please check your student information (basic student information, emergency contact details, etc.) on Kyoto Gaidai UNIPA between September 28 (Mon) and October 2 (Fri).
【学生情報に空欄がある、または情報の変更がある場合／If any information is missing or needs to be changed】
9月28日（月）～10月2日（金）の間に「学生情報追加・変更届」（入学式にて配布）に必須項目及び追加・変更箇所を記入の上、1号館1階の学生生活課に提出してください。
Please complete the required fields and any additions or corrections on the Student Information Update Form distributed at the entrance ceremony, and submit it to the Division of Student Affairs (Building 1, 1st floor) between September 28 (Mon) and October 2 (Fri).
※Kyoto Gaidai UNIPAの「学生情報」確認方法／Instructions for Checking "Student Information" on Kyoto Gaidai UNIPA.
入学式で配布するユーザーID・パスワードを使用してログイン → 画面左上「≡」ボタン → 「学籍情報照会」
Log in using the user ID and password distributed at the entrance ceremony.
→ Click the menu button (≡) at the top left of the screen.
→ Select Student Information Inquiry.
