Access

• Approximately 30 minutes by Bus from JR Kyoto Station.
  If arriving via JR, take bus no. 28 from Kyotoeki Karasumaguchi bus stop or no. 71 from Kyotoeki Hachijoguchi bus stop, and get off at Kyoto Gaidai-mae bus stop (takes about 30 minutes for either route).
• Approximately 13 minutes on foot from The Kyoto city Subway Tozai Line, Uzumasa-Tenjingawa Station.
• If arriving via the Kyoto City Subway Karasuma Line, get off at Shijo Station and take bus no. 3, 8 or 29 from Shijo Karasuma bus stop, then get off at Kyoto Gaidai-mae bus stop (takes about 15 minutes).
• Approximately 15 minutes on foot from Hankyu Railway Kyoto Line, Saiin Station.
  It is also possible to take city bus no. 3, 8, 28, 29, 67, 69 or 71 from Nishioji Shijo bus stop, and get off at Kyoto Gaidai-mae bus stop (takes about 5 minutes).
  The train trip from Osaka-umeda Station to Saiin Station takes about 40 minutes.
  
• If arriving via the Keihan Main Line, transfer to the Kyoto City Subway Tozai Line at Sanjo Station, travel to Uzumasa Tenjingawa Station, then walk south for about 13 minutes.
