「2024年度 付属図書館利用に関するアンケート」を実施します。
このアンケートは、図書館サービスの充実・改善を目的に、本学学生および教職員のみなさまの利用状況を把握し、意見を求めるものです。みなさまからの回答は、図書館サービスの充実・改善のための貴重な資料として役立てますので、ぜひご協力をお願いします。
アンケートに回答すると自動的にメールアドレスが記録されるようになっていますが、お答えいただいた内容は統計的に処理するため、個人名や回答内容などプライバシーに関わる情報が公表されることや、学習・研究活動等に反映されることは決してありません。調査の趣旨をご理解いただきますよう、よろしくお願いします。
なお、このアンケートによって得られたデータは、「学校法人京都外国語大学 個人情報保護に関する規程」に基づき、本学が責任を持って管理いたします。アンケート結果は集計後に図書館報及び図書館ホームぺージで公開します。
また、アンケートの紙版も図書館内にて配布しておりますが、回答は1人につき1回限りとなります。

We will conduct the "Questionnaire regarding the use of KUFS Library, 2024".
This survey aims to enrich and improve the library services by understanding the use situation of all of you: students, faculty and staff, and asking for your opinions. We sincerely ask for your cooperation as we will make the most of your responses as valuable materials for enhancement and improvement of the library services.
When answering the questionnaire, your e-mail address will be automatically recorded. However, privacy-related information, such as your name and contents of your response, will never be made public nor reflected in your study/research activities because your answer will be processed statistically. We would appreciate it if you could understand the purpose of this survey.
The data obtained from this survey will be managed responsibly by the university in accordance with the “Educational Corporation Kyoto University of Foreign Studies Regulations on Personal Information Protection”. The results will be published in the library periodical and on the library website after being tallied.
The paper version of this questionnaire is also distributed in the library. However, you can answer only once.
