学生の皆さんへ
すでに3月6日に本学ホームページでお知らせしていますが、中東地域の情勢が急速に悪化しています。

また、中東地域の国々の危険情報レベルが上がっていますので、最新の外務省海外安全HPの情報を必ず確認の上、絶対に危険情報レベル2以上の国や地域に、フライトの経由を含む渡航をしないでください（参照：本学の海外渡航の可否基準について）。
アメリカや中東以外の地域でも、中東情勢を受けて不測の事態が発生する恐れがあります。
海外渡航中、または海外渡航を予定されている皆さんにおかれましては、必ず「たびレジ」に登録の上、外務省海外安全ホームページや報道等により、常に最新の安全情報の入手に努めてください。
アメリカの政府関係機関や軍事施設等には近づかないなど、ご自身の安全確保にも十分注意を払うようにお願いします。
なお、海外へ渡航する人は所定の「海外渡航届」を出発日までに学生生活課へ提出してください。（郵送可）
どうしても窓口および郵送での提出ができない場合は、メール添付で学生生活課（dep_stu@kufs.ac.jp）へ送信してください。

最後に、休暇中および休学中であっても、常に本学のホームページや「UNIPA」、「Gmail」、「Teams」の確認をして、本学からのお知らせや情報を得るようにしてください。
本学からの確認や指示が入った場合は速やかに従い、報告を行うようお願いします。

We previously issued a notice on March 6; however, the situation in the Middle East has rapidly deteriorated.

Please note that the travel advisory levels for Middle Eastern countries are currently being raised. You must check the latest information on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) Overseas Safety Website. Under no circumstances should you travel to or transit through any country or region with a Warning Level 2 or higher.

Even in regions outside the U.S. and the Middle East, there is a risk of unforeseen incidents occurring due to the current situation in the Middle East.
Please take all necessary precautions for your own safety, such as avoiding U.S. government agencies, military facilities, and other sensitive sites.
Students traveling abroad must submit the required “Overseas Travel Notification Form” to the Division of Student Affairs by departure date (mail submission accepted; email submission permitted if necessary).
Even during vacations, please regularly check the university website, UNIPA, Gmail, and Teams for important updates, and promptly follow any instructions from the university.
