Our first Open Campus event for this academic year was held on Sunday, June 14th. Despite that it was conducted online to prevent the spread of COVID-19, a total of 765 people participated in the event. In our first attempt at holding an online open campus, a special website packed with various web content was launched exclusively for participants.
The website’s key feature was a program with 14 video clips titled “A live-action introduction to KUFS!” The videos included an introduction to all departments, mini lessons (Department of British and American Studies, Department of Russian Studies, Department of Global Studies, Department of Global Tourism), information on the entrance exam, and a walk-through of KUFS’s entrance exam (in English).
Furthermore, all slots for private consultations on the entrance exam were reserved. The website also showed images of current students enjoying their campus life, and posted messages from current students and graduates for high school students interested in learning at KUFS.
The next open campus is planned in August, and will be held on the 1st (Saturday), 2nd (Sunday), and 8th (Saturday).
Details on how the event will take place will be posted on the KUFS website as soon as they are determined. Stay tuned!
