KUFS 2025 Kyoto Intensive Japanese Program (Winter) is cancelled.
How to Apply
1. Application Procedures
Submit the application form during the application period below.
The following items must be uploaded when you apply:
- Passport copy (the page with your face photo)
- Face Photo 4 x 3 cm (front, upper body, hatless, color photo taken within the last 3 months)

- Please contact us in advance if you do not have your passport at the time of application.

- Applications may be closed earlier if the number of applications reaches maximum capacity.
- Rrecruitment Capacity: 30
- Details for the fee payment will be informed after the placement test.
- The placement test will be conducted on one of the following dates.
April 2, 3, 4 (Conducted during the hours of 9:00-17:00 JST) - Application may be cancelled based on the result of the placement test.

Useful Information
1. Transportation to and from Kyoto
Program participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from Kyoto. KUFS is not responsible for any loss or additional expenses incurred due to delay or change in services due to illness, weather, transportation strikes, quarantine or other causes beyond the University's control.
2. The Arrival Day (the first day of the program)
Please make arrangements to arrive at the hotel after 15:00 to check-in.
