The administrative offices and the University Library will be closed from Tuesday, 29th December to Wednesday, 4th January for the year-end and new year holidays. As clerical tasks, including issuing certificates and etc., will not be conducted during the term, should you need them, please take the procedures in advance.

The business hours of the administrative offices from Monday, 26th December to Wednesday, 28th December will be 9:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 17:00. And the business hours of the University Library during the term will be 9:00 to 17:00.
