As you may be aware of, we put a notice on our recent Website, dated March 27th, 2020, about the "Office Hours: April 1st (Wed) to May 6th (Wed)" In fear of the further spread of the novel coronavirus infections and possible "overshooting," all students of Kyoto University of Foreign Studies shall be temporarily prohibited, as specified below, to enter its campus in its entirety for the prevention countermeasures of the unprecedentedly rapid spread of the infections thereof.
Your understanding and cooperation would be highly appreciated.

◆NO-ENTRY PERIOD
April 8th (Wednesday) – May 6th (Wednesday), 2020
※This "No Entry" period may be extended, as needed, in which case, we will inform you again in advance.

◆INQURIES
・Your inquiries, if any, will be acceptable, either by phone or by email.
　Telephone inquiries will be acceptable during 9:00-12:00 and 13:00-17:00 from Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.
　It should be noted, however, that no telephone inquiries will be acceptable during 12:00-13:00 and after 17:00.

・As for your email inquiries, we will get back to you, hopefully within a day or two.
　However, it may happen that we will need more time to respond, depending on the content of your inquiries.
　Your thoughtful understanding would be appreciated in advance.

◆CERTIFICATE ISSUANCE
・Apply for a certificate you will need, such as the one for your expected graduation, by email or by postal mail, by filling out a certificate application form.
　Your requested certificate will be mailed to you as soon as ready.
