A summer open campus event was held at KUFS for 3 days from Friday, August 2nd.
While temperatures high everywhere in the country, approximately 4,600 high school students and their guardians visited us from all over Japan.

The opening program began at 10AM. The Morita Memorial Hall (capacity: approximately 800 persons) was filled with enthusiastic participants for all 3 days. The program included a performance by the jazz club, an introduction of KUFS led by a professor, a live skype session with a current KUFS student studying in Sydney. Two graduates who are both pursuing their careers in Argentina also appeared on stage, and shared why they chose to attend KUFS, their most memorable classes, and how their lives are like in Argentina.

Several events followed from 11AM, such as “introduction to departments and mini lectures,” “entrance exams and introduction to studying abroad,” and “campus tour”. High school students who participated in the sessions of “KUFS’s method of studying English” and “simultaneously learning two languages” shared their thoughts as follows: “there were many events I was interested in, and I didn’t have enough time,” “I enjoyed talking with the international students,” and “I would really like to be accepted to KUFS and study here.”
