On Thursday, June 27, students of "The Life, Times and Works of William Shakespeare" course viewed rare books from the archives of the Kyoto University of Foreign Studies (KUFS) Library. They viewed the oldest collection of Shakespeare’s plays, the 1623 First Folio, as well as the subsequent Second Folio, Third Folio and Fourth Folio, among other works, many of which are rarities even among collectors of Shakespeare's works worldwide.
