You are not permitted to attend school and ceremonies for two weeks after return or re-entry.

The ceremony for those who have stayed in mainland China (including Hong Kong and Macau) and Korea from December 2019 onwards and are currently in Japan, as well as those who are currently in mainland China, shall be handled as follows:

You are not permitted to attend school and ceremonies for two weeks after return or reentry.

（1）University
Those who wish to attend the Graduation Ceremony on March 20 (Fri) must return to Japan by March 4 (Wed).
Please note that you will not be able to attend the Graduation Ceremony if you're unable to return to Japan by March 4 (Wed).

（2）Graduate School
Those who wish to attend the Graduation Ceremony on March 14 (Sat) must return to Japan by February 28th (Fri).
Please note that you will not be able to attend the Graduation Ceremony if you're unable to return to Japan by February 28th (Fri).

（3）Junior College
Those who wish to attend the Graduation Ceremony on March 20 (Fri) must return to Japan by March 4 (Wed).
Please note that you will not be able to attend the Graduation Ceremony if you're unable to return to Japan by March 4 (Wed).

（4）If you have a fever (37.5°C/99.5°F) and respiratory symptoms within two weeks of return or re-entry
Avoid contact with other people, wear a mask, and consult the nearest health or consultation center by phone. Then, please receive an examination at a health care faculty recommended by the nearest health or consultation center, and please contact our Office of Medical Services with the results.

（5）If you presently have no symptoms
Please inform our Office of Medical Services of your return or re-entry. Please refrain from going out and stay in your residence for two weeks after returning or reentry. If symptoms appear, please see point （１）.

*We will still send you your diploma even if you were prohibited from joining the Graduation Ceremony, so please let us know where you'd like us to send it.
