Due to the spread of the COVID 19 virus, the government issued an “emergency declaration” on April 7th (Tue) for seven prefectures including Osaka and Hyogo. We have already informed you that the class start date will be May 7th (Thu). However, since our first priority is to ensure the health of students and faculty members, we have decided to implement Emergency Remote Classes from May 7th (Thu).
We apologize for the inconvenience to all students, but we kindly ask for your understanding in carrying out remote classes as an emergency measure in light of the extreme circumstances. We promise that we will try to maintain the same level of education even though our lessons will be delivered in alternative ways. We thank you for your understanding.
1. Emergency Remote Classes
From May 7th (Thu) to August 12th (Wed), the face-to-face lessons in the classroom will be avoided, and we will start remote classes online in a variety of formats. However, we will consider returning to regular face-to-face classes if the situation clearly improves and the safety of students can be ensured. Details on how to access remote classes will be announced around April 28th (Tue).
2. Prohibition on entering the campus
Students are still not allowed to enter campus.
3. Cancellation of extracurricular activities
Students are still not allowed to conduct or participate in extracurricular activities
4. Preparation for remote classes
(1) Preparation of smartphone, PC or tablet
