We held a ceremony to award the entrance examination fee subsidy for the transfer examination by recommendation of the junior college affiliated with Alumni Association, Kyoto University of Foreign Studies on Friday, January 12th. This subsidy is a support system for those who have passed the transfer entrance exam and enroll in the University from affiliated junior colleges.
All students received certificates and grants from Taroemon Nakano, president of the Alumni Association, at the award ceremony. “I would like to support them”, he said, “in their future fun and wonderful student lives,” while President Takahiro Ono encouraged them, saying, “I hope you will work hard toward the next step for new learning.”
Afterward, the representative Miki Sakagami, expressed her gratitude, saying, “In the future, my primary goal is to work for an amusement or leisure company, and I want to use my language skills to provide the best possible hospitality to customers from overseas.”
