Associate Professor Angus McGregor of the Department of Global Studies, Faculty of
Global Engagement, Kyoto University of Foreign Studies (KUFS) made an appearance in "Kyoto Promotional Movie: Where Every Corner Sparks Discovery," a tourism promotion video by the Kyoto City Tourism Association (DMO KYOTO).

The video was produced in order to emphasize the fact that, in addition to popular Buddhist and Shinto attractions, Kyoto also offers a number of sustainable tourism attractions and opportunities. Incidentally, KUFS has been chosen this year to host the 16th Annual Japan University English Model United Nations (JUEMUN 2025), whose conference theme is "Reimagining Tourism for the Future: Sustaining, Managing and Rebuilding Global Travel."

We hope the new promotional video will provide an opportunity to witness for yourself some of the ways in which KUFS teachers are contributing to regional revitalization and international exchanges.
