Counter service hours during the winter vacation (Monday, December 25th, 2023 to Thursday, January 4th, 2024) and office closure dates during the year end and new-year holidays are as follows.

◆Counter Service Hours：Monday, December 25th, 2023 to Tuesday, December 27th, 2023
                                              9:00 – 12:00, 13:00 – 17:00
                                              *Library Opening Hours is 9:00 – 17:00

◆Office Closure Dates during the Year-End and New Year Holidays：Thursday, December 28th, 2023 to Thursday, January 4th, 2024
    * Any administrative tasks including counter services will not be conducted during the year-end and new year holidays.
       As certificates will not be issued, so should you need any, please take the procedures in advance.
