On March 20th (Thursday) at Morita Memorial Hall and the mid-sized hall (R741), the 2013 Kyoto University of Foreign Studies and Kyoto Junior College of Foreign Languages commencement ceremony as well as the completion ceremony of the Japanese studies course for overseas students was held together. The ceremony was held in three installments: Morning, Afternoon and Evening. This year, 976 university students and 85 junior college students graduated, and 6 overseas students in Japanese studies and 32 exchange students completed their course.
Students in their brilliant colored Hakamas added festivity to the ceremony. The expressions on the graduates’ faces starting their new journey showed vigor and independence.
