2)How to apply
Please fill out an “Application Form for K-Libnet” and submit it at the circulation desk.
You can also apply by email. Please be sure to attach an “Application Form for K-Libnet” and email to
kufslib@kufs.ac.jp.
Write “Wish to use K-Libnet” in the subject line.

application form, and attach it.)

3)Costs
You may use the service free of charge.

4)Number of items you may request
Up to 5 item.
|
5)How to use the requested materials
You may only read or photocopy them in the library. You may not check them out (take them out from the library).
|
6)How long you may use the materials in the library
You may use the requested materials for 3 weeks.
|
7)How long it takes for the materials to arrive
It takes about a week from the day you applied. When the materials arrive, you will be notified by telephone
or email.

8)Materials you may not request
①Reference books and rare books, which are labelled “Not to be taken out”
②Magazines / newspapers, audiovisual materials
③Duplications of materials
※There may be other materials you may not request due to circumstances of each institution.

9)Photocopying of materials
You are allowed to photocopy materials within the limits stipulated in the Article 31 of the Copyright Law.
If you wish to make photocopies, please be sure to fill out an “Application for Photocopy” at the circulation
desk.
The Article 31 of the Copyright Law is referred to in this form.

10)Extension of the period of use
Please apply for extension by the day before the expiration date.
|
11)Other points to note
・Since the materials belong to other institutions, please handle them with caution.
・In case the materials are stained or damaged, the applicant has to compensate for the damages.
・Institutionally, a request requires certain days. It cannot be handled immediately.
