Clause1
Recommends that a cash reward system be made in developing countries when people call the police to report arm sales in their neighbourhood. It will help people from using guns.

Clause2
Insists that all countries make strict laws that make production of cheap copies of light weapons illegal and carry a penalty of life in prison.

Insists that all developed countries find safe and clean places in countries where there are child soldiers and open some free temporary hospitals during D and D as soon as possible.

1:Encourages all countries that have child soldiers to prepare staff, facilities and computers for demobilization by 2013.

First idea: Insists that all countries that have child soilders to start a "Drug-free world foundation to teach who donft have enough knowlage how drugs are dangerous for 6 months.

Second idea: Suggests that all countries that have child soilders who are rehabilitating let them do something creative like arts or drama by 2015.

2: Urges all countries to stop military and economical support to countries which violate Convention on the Rights of the Child(CRC) and Optional protocol to the convention on the rights of the child on the involvement of children in armed conflict.
