There will be a charity party on Saturday October 27th, in connection with the Imagine Peace project, at McLoughlin's Irish Bar and Restaurant, Kyoto. This event is being held to celebrate the 'coming together' of many likeminded individuals in the cause of spreading a little peace to the world. Perhaps more importantly, all the profit from money raised at this event will go directly to support the efforts of the Zienzele Foundation in Zimbabwe. This small but effective foundation does amazing work in helping AIDS orphans and their carers in the areas of education, vocational training, and development of sustainable projects. The name Zienzele actually means "self-reliance" in the Ndebele language of southern Africa.
If you would like to come along and enjoy the great music offered by both Kyoto Gaidai students and professional musicians, terrific buffet style food, and grand prize draw, please click on the registration button for the party on this website. Only if you register here will you be able to pick up and pay for your ticket(s) at the door of the venue on the night of the party.
THIS IS A TICKET ONLY EVENT
